Can someone please help me?
I know one can't predict these things, but is there likely to be snow in Arinsal in early March?
We are hoping to come as a large group to celebrate my sons 30th, have found a lovely chalet etc., but now someone has said that it doesn't snow in early March (which seems strange to me...)
Can anyone advise please?
There has always been good snow in March in Arinsal (and in most ski resorts), and the resort stays open well into April. It may or may not snow during your holiday, but there will be plenty of snow on the slopes already so it won't really matter if it is snowy or sunny while you're here.
There are also good facilities for making artificial snow, but they are never needed in March as there is generally good snow already. In fact it is not uncommon for the best snow of the winter to fall in March.
