Hi Becky, You may have already arived and this information may be of no value. The Daina is an Aparthotel. Whatever that means! I have been in the bar but not the rooms. Guests have spoken highly of it in the past. It is about 200 metres uphill from the St Gothard and therefor closer to the village centre. The gondola and bars are just under 10 minutes walk, but uphill. Still it is downhill in the evening. Enjoy your stay.
