I'm afraid you did hear right. The Red X closed last May and is sadly missed, at least by me. Its patrons can be found in the many other bars in the town - try El Moli, The Derby, Ciscos, Quo Vadis and the Hotel Palarine. Or anywhere else that sells beer...
