Just returned from our great holiday and wanted to thank you for your great advice.
John was correct, the Palarine is fab - food was excellent, rooms comfy and whenever we needed advice we asked John who gave us great help.
Our instructors were great - Tom had Andras (think correct spelling
) who he said was cool and a complete nutter, Josie had Stephanie, we obviously thought Josie was ace to start with but has improved immensely on her carving and I had Ben - also a complete nutter but pushed me to my boundaries and beyond.
Thanks again - we are most definately looking to return next year
