One change at the UK end is that the public counter at the legalisation office has shut, so allow time to send your police report by post to get the stamp. No idea about the Andorran end - if they take CRBs now it would be cheaper and quicker - 20 quid and 2 weeks from Disclosure Scotland instead of all the messing around with the police report and stamp.
