Slopes and bars - definitely open.
The restaurants will also be open but will be busy so I would book ahead (on Sunday or Monday) if you want to eat out. Supermarkets, shops and banks are also likely to be shut, or reduced hours, and may shut early on Monday as well. As for us in the ski school, it's business as usual.
